I like what we talked about Saturday--this true change---authentic change---exciting. I too crave awareness, and I have started by once again going the sober route--to be truly aware and to get off the bar stool figuratively and literally. I choose life--and it is your influence in this matter that really makes me feel I can do it, and that it will be one step toward that authentic, inevitable, and adventurous change that is going to occur.
